Nicky Arthur
Founder and Director
Nicky is an Award-winning Hairdresser, known for her clean fresh blondes, sparkling brunettes, and golden honey hues. Nicky brings a contemporary vision to the industry.
Having owned three successful hair salons, Nicky has 30 years of knowledge and experience. Some include being a published author, stylist and judge for catwalk fashion shows, published photographic work, and film industry. Having built a following in New Zealand as an innovative and fashion-forward stylist, Nicky is passionate about the styling, blowouts, and natural beach waves.
Lucia Arthur
Director
Together with her Mum Nicky, Lucia brings Arthur+Co Hair to Mosman. With having worked in hair salons, with Davines and Pure since 14 yrs old, Lucia has a strong passion for organic, sustainable,
regenerative haircare and healthy hair.
When it comes to hair, Lucia believes the magic is in how the client feels in the chair, how we at Arthur+Co Hair can nourish and make our clients feel beautiful.
Lucia strives to achieve a service that is not only about beautiful hair but how in doing so we can support our environment and community.
Morgan
Senior Stylist
Morgan is our passionate Senior Stylist, bringing over 7 years of experience from top salons in Glasgow, Barcelona, and Ibiza. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable addition to both our amazing team and the Australian salon scene.
Morgan loves connecting with people from all around the world and making them feel their most beautiful self. With a deep love for all things hair, Morgan has worked with our range Davines since 2017, loving their focus on sustainable colour practices that look after both the planet and our clients.

As a second-year apprentice, I’m especially passionate about all things blonde and hair extensions - and I’m always looking to learn, grow, and perfect my craft.
I bring a bubbly, chatty energy to the salon and love making every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Whether you’re after a subtle refresh or a total transformation, I’m here for a good chat and great hair!

Salon Assistant
We are very grateful to have Lily with us from the very beginning. Not only does Lily give an amazing head massage + Basin Treatment but has also been highly trained in colour application, highlights and styling.
