Cashew Cream

Smooth and silky Cashew Cream, perfectly paired with raw vegetables or used as a dip with crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1-2 hours and drained

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • pinch sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy
