Chocolate Mousse & Chia Seed Ice-cream

For when you're craving a healthy sweet treat :)

Ingredients:

3 bananas, frozen

2 fresh dates

1 tablespoon agave syrup

1 tablespoon cacao powder

2 tablespoons chia seeds

raspberries, to serve

Instructions:

Allow banana to sit for 3 minutes on the bench.
Peel and slice banana and blend with dates, agave, cocoa and chia seeds.
Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
Serve in small ramekin dishes with raspberries, or on its own.

Notes:
Frozen bananas are a better consistency for this dish. Raw, organic cacao powder is natural and unprocessed, and is rich in antioxidant flavonoids.
