Green Kale Smoothie
A delicious and nutrient-dense blend that nourishes your body from the inside out.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 frozen banana
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 leaf kale
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
Instructions:
1. Using a high-speed blender, add water first, followed by banana, greens and seeds.
2. Blend on high for 60 seconds and add the spirulina.
Note: Green smoothies keep really well in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
