Seed of Life Bread

This seeded bread is equally comforting and full of goodness. Simple to make, it's best eaten straight from the oven topped with your favourite jam. Delicious!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds or seed blend

1 cup oat flour

1 cup flaxseed meal

1 cup quinoa flour

1 cup spelt flour

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast 

1/2 cup grapeseed oil

1/2 cup warm water

1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 60 degrees C/140 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or bowl. Knead well and roll into a log. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 1 hour.
