Tomato Sauce

Great with wedges, chips, pasta, as a pizza base and with meat dishes.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, chopped

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

2 fresh dates, stone removed

1 tablespoon balsamic dressing

1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions:

Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Store in a glass jar. Will keep well for 3 days in the fridge.
