Vanilla-Almond Bliss Balls

Sweet, nutty, and packed with natural goodness, these bliss balls are a satisfying treat made with whole ingredients. Perfect as a nourishing snack or an energy boost, they’re both delicious and simple to make !

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1 fresh date

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil

  • pinch sea salt

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut


For a Christmas twist:

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until chunky, being careful not to overblend; the mixture should come together nicely without being too smooth.
2. Roll into medium balls, roll or sprinkle coconut flakes on top and refrigerate until solid. Place in cupcake patties. Can be frozen.
